We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"). Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at john@namtech.com.sg.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect only the personal data you choose to give us and the limited technical data described below.
Information you submit through our forms (contact form, AI Opportunity Audit enquiry, AI readiness quiz and Partner Program application). Depending on the form, this may include:
- your name, work email address, company name and phone number;

- the service you are interested in and your preferred consultation goal;
- your company website and AI application category (Partner Program applications);
- the message or project description you write;
- your answers to the AI readiness quiz and the readiness score calculated from those answers.
Technical data recorded with an enquiry: the IP address from which the form was submitted and which form you used.
Analytics data (only if you accept analytics cookies): information about how you use the website, such as the pages you view and the type of device and browser you use. See section 8.
Messages you send us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp, including your contact details and the content of your message.
3. How we use your personal data
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange the consultation, audit or proposal you asked about.
- To prepare recommendations based on your quiz answers or project description.
- To assess and respond to Partner Program applications.
- To manage our business relationship with you if you become a client or partner.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it (analytics, only with your consent).
- To protect the website and our enquiry forms against spam and misuse.
- To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
We use personal data only for these purposes, or for another purpose that we tell you about and, where the PDPA requires, obtain your consent for. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the service providers that help us run this website, and only as far as they need it to provide their service to us:
- Brevo stores the contact details from your enquiry (name, email address, company, phone number, message and which form you used) and sends the notification email that delivers your full submission to our team.
- Google Analytics 4 receives website usage data, but only after you accept analytics cookies. It is configured with IP anonymisation.
- Our hosting provider runs the website and processes the requests your browser makes to it, including form submissions.
We may also disclose personal data to our professional advisers, or to regulators, law enforcement or courts, where the law requires or permits it.
Some of these providers may store or process data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.
5. Where we store it and for how long
Enquiry contact records are stored in our Brevo account, and enquiry notifications are kept in our business email. Analytics data, if you have consented, is held by Google Analytics.
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for your enquiry or our business relationship with you, or for as long as the law requires. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
6. How we protect it
We make reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data in our possession or under our control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal, and against loss. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights under the PDPA
You may at any time:
- Access: ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used or disclosed;
- Correct: ask us to correct an error or omission in your personal data;
- Withdraw consent: withdraw your consent to our collection, use or disclosure of your personal data.
To make a request, email our Data Protection Officer at john@namtech.com.sg. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to respond to your enquiry or provide the service you asked about; we will explain the likely consequences before acting on your request.
9. Links to other websites
This website links to services run by other companies, such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Google Maps. If you use them, their own privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for how those services handle your personal data.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our website or practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
